Thank you for shopping with us! We hand make and ship all of our hot sauces with care to ensure they arrive safely and quickly. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons, market events, or product launches, processing times may take up to 3-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
We offer a flat-rate shipping charge that's calculated based on average shipping rates from our orders. We do this to encourage customers to load up on as much hot sauce as they want without increasing the cost of their shipping, one bottle or three, it will always be the same rate.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email, and tracking information usually updates within 24 hours.
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, please take a photo of the affected items and packaging and email us at Joehotter@hottersauces.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate. Because our sauces are perishable food products, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out - we’re happy to make it right.
At this time, we only ship within the United States and cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
