FLAVOR FIRST

Hot sauce for heat's sake has hit a wall, don't you think? We make sauces that keep you coming back for flavor while keeping the burn in its place.

MADE FRESH

We use fresh, local produce to make our sauces and add only enough vinegar to keep our sauce shelf-stable so you taste more pepper and less acid.

LOW SODIUM

If you're under 30, this won't matter to you much! But for those of us questionably beefing with our doctor for telling us to eat healthier, this should get them off our backs a bit.

MADE IN LA

Small-batches hand-made by Joe Hotter & Crew from our commercial kitchen, to your home kitchen. Each sauce has its own process that's diligently followed to keep flavor first.

Thai-Napple

Our best seller: thai chilis fermented for a month then blended with non-concentrated pineapple juice. Tangy, not overly-fruity, and an immediate heat.

Honey Habanero

Bottle of Honey Badger Honey Habanero sauce with honey, peppers, and garlic on a wooden surface.

Our straight-shooter: honey and habanero, in that order. The sweetness of the honey and heat of the habanero harmonize and carry classic bar food to the next level.

Pepper Blossom

Hot sauce bottle labeled 'Pepper Blossom' on a wooden table with a sandwich in the background.

Our weirdest sauce: akin to a hot vinaigrette. Hibiscus flowers, peppercorn, and cardamom fermented together with a cornucopia of chilis dominated by Anaheim peppers.

Slammin' Serrano

Hand holding a bottle of Slammin Serrano hot sauce with a burrito wrapped in yellow paper.

Our love letter to verde salsas up and down the west coast. This sauce is citrusy up front while the heat is on a delayed timer, coming for you 5 to 10 seconds after consuming.

This is a fantastic sauce. Its got a heat to it!

It's distinctly flavorful.

A lot of thought went into balancing the heat with each sauce’s flavor. Thai-napple and Pepper Blossom are especially unique.
